How it works
Standard OAuth, the same as connecting any other app.
Add the server in your assistant
Paste the Lokumio address into your client's MCP settings - ready-made commands below.
Click “Authenticate”
The assistant opens a browser and signs you in to Lokumio.
Approve the access
You see who is asking and for what. Reading always, changes only if you tick the box.
Ask away
From now on the assistant sees your collections. It confirms every change before making it.

Two access levels
Reading collections, listings, requirements and POIs - and separately, changes (adding listings). You opt into writing explicitly on the consent screen.
Changes need confirmation
Write tools are annotated per the MCP spec, so Claude and ChatGPT ask you before every listing is added.
Short-lived tokens, instant revocation
Access expires after 24 hours and renews automatically. In settings you see every connected app and can disconnect it or limit it to read-only.
Your data stays yours
The assistant only sees collections you belong to. Listing descriptions are treated as data, never as instructions.
MCP questions
Model Context Protocol - an open standard that lets AI assistants (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and others) safely use external tools and data. Lokumio exposes your listing collections through it.
